适用对象
中长期居民（持有在留卡者）以及迁入或变更住址的特别永住者。须在14天以内办理。
办理步骤
- 登记地址时携带您的在留卡 地址变更申报在区役所办理，而不是在入国管理局办理。
- 工作人员会将新地址写在您在留卡的背面 这一步在同一窗口、与居民登记同一次办理中完成，就是这么简单。
- 日后再次搬家？在新的区役所重复同样的手续 每次地址变更都遵循同样的流程，须在搬家后14天以内办理。
